What a great place for our family and friends to celebrate life's milestones: to march to the beat of John Philip Sousa, and to teach the kids how to pick the best melons at the farmers' market. Or to simply contemplate constellations in the big Texas sky above WindRose. It's all about tradition, which is something WindRose is steeped in. For hundreds— no, thousands—of years, in every culture, there has been a village green. Ever since the earliest marketplace, people have gathered together to enjoy festivities there. It's a tradition that continues for families living at WindRose.

Some of my favorite memories took place on the grassy village green by the town square.  My proudest moment: when the judge pinned a blue ribbon on my chest for the 4th of July bike parade.  The WindRose Village Green is just like stepping back into that comfortable childhood time.
