Awarding-winning marketing consultant Elise Platt of E.A. Platt & Co. in New York established the conceptual plan and overall marketing direction for WindRose. Kerry Gilbert and Associates of Houston provided the intimatescale land plan. Landscape architecture is a collaboration of Barry Berkus and KGA/DeForest Design of Houston. The Hay Agency, Inc., a full-service advertising agency in Dallas, Texas, translated the community character into a logo and comprehensive communications plan. Lita Dirks and Co. of Englewood, Colorado is designing and furnishing the family-focused interiors of the Welcome Center, Meeting House and Golf Club.
A well-known name in the Houston golf community, Rick Forester of Rick Forester and Associates is responsible for the design and construction of the WindRose Golf Club. Rick Yarbrough of PineLakes Limited Partnership is the Project Manager for WindRose.
