NEIGHBORHOOD
VALUE
New Territory's small-town atmosphere offers a strong sense of community
to its residents. This same feeling is apparent in each of New Territory's
neighborhoods.
Each designed with a special flavor, New Territory neighborhoods offer
a variety of activities that enhance family lifestyle. Neighborhood
representatives and local newsletters keep residents in touch with
their community. Socials offer opportunities to meet new residents or see
old friends. Families enjoy baseball tournaments, block parties and holiday
decorating contests, all designed to give homeowners a sense of camaraderie.
Community-wide events also provide opportunities for residents to enjoy
New Territory's abundant amenities. Families gather at Pecan Park every
spring for the New Territory Easter Egg Hunt. Homeowners of all ages enjoy
Harvest Fest, an annual fall event that includes a children's carnival,
family games and a community barbecue. And residents look forward to New
Territory's Casino Night, held every New Year's Eve at The Club.

LIFESTYLE
VALUE
As
a community built around family, New Territory takes great pride in its
helpful neighbors and outstanding amenities.
Whether residents are part of an active, growing family or ready to
enjoy a relaxed, carefree pace, New Territory's seven lake areas, peaceful
parks and extensive greenbelts enhance every lifestyle. Community events
and classes nurture residents' health, learning and total well-being.
The
center of the New Territory lifestyle is The Club, a $5 million recreation
center offering activities for families seven days a week. This 18,600
square foot facility is home to a resort-style swimming pool, an NBA regulation-sized
basketball court, fitness room and community meeting rooms. Recreational
and after-work activities meet every interest from classical music to sports
leagues to French lessons.
In addition to The Club, two recreation centers, each with its own swimming
pool area and tennis courts, are conveniently located in New Territory.
Pecan Park, a private 8-acre preserve filled with mature pecan trees, offers
a children's playground and picnic pavilions. Lake Sartartia and Lake Clayton,
two of New Territory's larger lakes, provide residents with a variety of
ways to make the most of free time, such as fishing and non-motorized boating.
Children are a special focus in New Territory, too. Miles of bicycle
and hiking trails, parks and sports fields offer kids plenty of room to
explore and play. New Territory's quiet neighborhoods and sparkling lakes
promote growth and sharing. And whether a child is a future athlete or
rocket scientist, New Territory has an activity for every kid on the block.
