More than 45 corporations have moved to, or expanded in Fort Bend since 1988. And Fort Bend is home to a large population of families and a highly-acclaimed school system, creating a strong background for county growth. 

      A warm, small-town atmosphere is why New Territory is the jewel of Fort Bend County. And because it was planned with families in mind, New Territory has more events, activities and features to offer families than any other community in the Houston area.
