The area marked as the equestrian center is the aproximate location of a facility that is presently intended to be used for the boarding of horses.  This facility is presently intended to be conveyed to Gleannloch Farms Property Owner's Association, Inc.  Upon conveyance, the facility will be the jurisdiction of and may be subject to change by such property owner's association.

The Golf Course as shown is currently anticipated to be a daily fee course which is privately owned.  It is the present intention of the owner of the golf course to maintain the facility in this capacity.
