Estate homesite owners at Gleannloch Farms will be in the heart of golf activities, including a high-end daily fee 27-hole championship course designed by Jay Reviere, with a 7,000-square-foot golf club house/conference center reminiscent of a stately country lodge. The course will include a practice range, pro shop. ladies' and mens' locker rooms, and dining room/great room with a two-sided stone fireplace. Ample parking will accommodate over 300 cars.

Estate homesites, Phase One, will feature 57 one-acre lots; Phase Two is proposed and may add 50 more lots.

Many homesites will either be on the golf course or have a view.

Golf course opening November, 1999.

Estate section buyers will have the first right of refusal for boarding horses at the development's Equestrian Center.*

Estate section buyers will pay no water district taxes.
