from many of the problems associated with big city life, Missouri City
still offers residents easy accessibility to major metropolitan areas,
such as the Galleria, the Summit, and the Museum District via U.S. Highway
59.
The newly completed Beltway 8 section
of the Sam Houston Tollway provides convenient access to U.S. Highway 59,
as well as being a time-saving alternate route to Interstate Highway 10
West.

The Johnson Space Center
and the beaches of Galveston are easily reached from Missouri City by taking
State Highway 6 East, which will eventually become part of The Grand Parkway,
Houston's outermost loop system. Whether your interest is professional
sports or health care, U.S. Highway 90A, which crisscrosses the City, provides
the fastest, most direct route to the Astrodome and the Texas Medical Center.
Excellent health care is always in close proximity with Fort Bend Community Hospital and the many private practitioners who live and office in the area. In addition Memorial Southwest Hospital and the world renowned Texas Medical Center are located only minutes away. |
