Introducing Home with a Heart™, an innovative program that
gives you the opportunity to make a substantial contribution to
one or more charities of your choice, without writing a check.
Home with a Heart™ is the companion program to our Home 4
the Arts™ program, which supports Houston’s resident performing
arts companies. Home with a Heart™ allows our clients more
flexibility to choose charities with personal meaning. All tax deductible
charitable organizations are eligible under this program.
When you select Diane Moser Properties to represent you in your
next real estate transaction, we will donate twenty percent (20%)
of our commission to the organizations you select. The donation
will be made in your honor. On the purchase of a $500,000 home,
offering a 3% commission, the gift would be $3,000, which may
be donated as a single gift or divided between several charities.

our Home with a Heart™ program, Diane Moser Properties will
make a ten percent (10%) donation in your honor and a ten percent
donation (10%) in the name of your friend to the charities designated
by each participant. Sending a friend or two each year will provide
significant and meaningful benefits to an organization you support.
